A breakthrough in the lab does not matter until it reaches a person and moves something they can measure. We are a research and development company, and we close the loop on purpose: build the frontier, put it to work, measure what changed, feed it into the next round. If we cannot show you the result, we are not done.

We do not treat safety as a tax on speed. The system people can hand real work to is the same system that does the work well, so we engineer them as one thing from the start. We will name a cost we absorb and a line we will not cross, even when crossing it would be faster. Going carefully and going fast are the same discipline.
